World of Warcraft: Midnight is currently available for up to 40% off through September 13. Blizzard’s Battle.net promotion covers the Base, Heroic, and Epic editions, giving players who have not entered the expansion a less expensive route into Quel’Thalas, Housing, and the current Season 2 content.
The wording “up to 40%” matters because the exact discount can vary by edition and region. Blizzard lists the main expansion sale as ending on September 14 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, which means September 13 is the final full calendar day for most players. Buyers should check the final price shown in their local Battle.net store before paying.
Selected modern WoW services are also discounted by up to 33%. The list includes the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost, Name Changes, Race Changes, Faction Change Packs, and Paid Character Transfers. This shorter promotion ends on August 25 at 10:00 a.m. PDT, so players have less time to use it.
Blizzard is also offering 50% off selected Warcraft strategy games and the Warcraft Remastered Battle Chest through the same August 25 deadline. Paid character transfers remain limited to modern World of Warcraft; characters cannot be transferred between modern WoW and WoW Classic.
The discounts, included products, and deadlines are confirmed by Blizzard. Whether an edition or service is good value depends on the player, so this article does not assume that every reader should buy. Regional pricing and the checkout page remain the final authority.
